This brand new art print from artist Rebecca Puig of Sugarboo Designs looks like a page from a vintage book.  Rebecca uses the famous quote from Christian D. Larson, which reads:   He said: "Promise yourself.  To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.  To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person you meet.  To make all your friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.   To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.  To think only of the best, to work only for the best and to expect only the best.  To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.  To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.  To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature you meet.  To give so much time to improving yourself that you have no time to criticize others.  To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.  To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but in great deeds.  To live in the faith that the whole world is on your side, so long as you are true to the best that is in you."

This art print is one of a new series of famous book quotes. It is available in three background colors: white, cream and charcoal and can be made for you in THREE sizes, 12" x 24" ($250) 24" x 36" ($400) and 36" x 48" ($600).  Your custom made art print will be framed in a rustic recycled wood frame.

The name “Sugarboo” is a combination of her nicknames for two of her favorite people – her young children, Jake and Sophie.  Rebecca Puig and her husband Rick started Sugarboo in 2002, with a mission of creating products that remind people of the ones they love – a mission accomplished in every lovingly crafted piece that bears the Sugarboo name.

Rebecca says that she’s inspired by many things, including, nature, antiques, children’s art and folk art – all of which are clear influencers in Sugarboo Designs. Evidenced in the entire line of handmade art, Rebecca enjoys interesting juxtapositions of the old and the new, soft and hard materials, and sentimental yet modern designs. The result is art that families will keep and cherish for years – likely, generations – to come.
